Dr Galit Ferguson – Psychodynamic Therapist & Clinical Supervisor

I am an experienced, qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, and a supervisor for clinical practitioners. I am registered with the BPC (British Psychoanalytic Council) and am committed to working within their ethical framework. I am also registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space in which emotional difficulties and experiences can be explored. I work with adults of all ages from diverse backgrounds. With extensive experience of working with young adults and students (for some years I worked as a university counsellor), I also work with older age groups, and with a wide range of issues, including –

• anxiety and depression
• life changes and transitions
• relationships
• creative blocks
• family issues
• long term conditions
• grief and bereavement

I am registered as a Data Controller with the ICO, I have a DBS certificate, and I attend regular supervision and CPD.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, occurring at the same time and day each week. My session fee is £85, or £75 for supervision or online sessions.
