About Me
Hello, I’m Johanna and I offer one-to-one Rebirthing Breathwork Sessions. Rebirthing Breathwork is a conscious, connected breathing technique that can release trauma, emotions, and negative patterns in the body by meeting them with breath and awareness.
The session begins with tuning in to how you are feeling, before I guide you into the breathwork stage. As you take deep, conscious, connected breaths, your life energy starts to circulate, guided by the inner wisdom of the body. This increased energy flow can release emotional, physical, and energetic blockages, creating the space for healing and expansion. After the breathing stage, we’ll take time to reflect and integrate your experience.
Breathwork sessions can be helpful if you experience anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, OCD, physical pain, emotional pain, PTSD, Complex PTSD, stress, insomnia, fear, grief, panic attacks, confidence issues, relationship issues and more.

I offer a free 30 minute Zoom meeting or phone call, to answer any questions you might have and give you the opportunity to meet me before your session.
