Space To Be You is the largest talking therapy centre in Hackney, London with 20 therapy rooms, each with their own unique feel.

All are attractive, have comfortable chairs or sofas, writing desks, adjustable lights, lamps, high quality WiFi, and tissues.

We believe therapy room rental should be made easy and we aim to create the perfect environment for psychotherapy, counselling, massage, bodywork therapies, alternative therapies and supervision.

Space To Be You is run by a psychotherapist with a successful private practice, so we know what works and what doesn’t.

In addition to providing the best therapy room rental for therapists and clients in Hackney, we want to help you grow your private practice. Using advanced digital marketing techniques we drive traffic to our website for clients looking for various types of counselling or therapy. These will be passed on to you as referrals free of charge, all in the strictest of confidence.

The more you grow, the more we grow, which we think is a win-win.

We realise not all therapists need new business though, so we work hard to cater for established practices and provide short and long-term bookings, flexible hours and great facilities.

We want to provide a base for your practice and we’ll always work to be as supportive as possible through our counselling room rental.

It’s our goal for our therapy rooms to be affordable and you will find us very competitive compared to other therapy rooms in Hackney and east London.

We’re currently offering 20% off for two months when booking our standard five-hour blocks or full-day bookings.

We also offer ad hoc and two-hour introductory blocks.

No. Our therapy room rental is available on a rolling monthly contract, allowing you flexibility in order to manage and grow your practice without long term commitments. However, we also offer long term contracts if required.

On top of the regular weekly block bookings, all therapists are able to make ad hoc bookings anytime through our online booking system, Skedda.

Our 20 Hackney based therapy rooms are suitable for any talking therapies, massage therapy, alternative therapies, and similar.

All rooms have a at least two comfy chairs, or a chair and a sofa.

All rooms have a writing desk for online sessions, computer work, or writing notes.

One room has an LC4 chaise lounge, perfect for hypnotherapy, mindfulness or relaxation work.

All rooms have a cupboard for storage space of equipment, and if you’re looking for a massage room to rent, these are useful for storing massage equipment etc.

Two rooms have small hand basins.

If you’re a massage therapist looking for a treatment room to rent, we have two dedicated rooms with massage tables, couch roll and other equipment.

Our therapy rooms for hire are located in a recently refurbished building, just inside the entrance of St Joseph’s Hospice on Mare Street, Hackney in London.

The building is full of character and housed the nurses’ quarters last century.

We’re only two stops from Liverpool Street via Bethnal Green Underground station, and we’re close to two Overground stations.
