About Me

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I blend various therapeutic approaches to create a plan that meets your unique needs. I am passionate about supporting professionals who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and silently struggling with the behind the scenes of a ‘Strong Independent woman/man’ image.

If you’re constantly “on,” pushing through stress while battling anxiety, self-doubt, or low moods in private, you’re not alone. I provide a culturally safe, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, speak freely, and begin to heal.

My work centres on helping you unlearn burnout cycles, process racial stressors, and build a more grounded, joyful version of success. I believe every person is unique and deserves a therapeutic plan that reflects their individual needs and preferences.

My approach is rooted in the belief that the collaborative relationship between a counsellor and client is the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work. I will walk alongside you in this sometimes unfamiliar landscape, helping you make sense of what’s going on, so you can gain clarity, understanding, and move forward with greater ease and purpose. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, or relationship issues, my role is to support you as you explore what matters most to you, at your own pace.

Qualifications and Training

  • BSc in Human Geography
  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies

  • Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy(BACP) and abide by their ethical framework.
  • Certificate of Proficiency – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
  • Ongoing supervision and CPD to support my development as a therapist and ensure the quality of my work.
