To protect both clients, therapists and reduce the spread of Covid-19 we have taken the following precautions to keep our centre Covid-19 secure:
- Hand sanitiser is available upon entry into the floor and in every room
- Please check in using the NHS app. The QR code is on the noticeboard as you enter and in the waiting room
- Only the therapist will open and close therapy room doors
- Therapists may take your temperature using a handheld thermometer
- Therapy room chairs, tables and other surfaces will be wiped down with antibacterial wipes and spray before and after appointments
- Chairs and sofas will be two metres apart
- Tissues are available in every room to open and close doors
- Windows can fully open and all rooms have radiators for the colder months
- Therapists have access to water bottles, but will not provide cups or glasses
- Paper hand towels are provided in toilets and therapist kitchen
- Clients are able to use the on-site toilets and antibacterial wipes are available to clean door handles, toilets, taps and sinks
Process for clients:
1. Use intercom at the ground floor entrance
2. Walk to first floor
3. Use hand sanitiser
4. Scan with NHS app
5. After the session, the therapist will clean and disinfect the room
