Ella Deeks – Child and Family Counsellor

Hello my name is Ella. I think we can often agree that life can have it’s ups and downs and this can sadly start when we are very young. My aim is to support young people and parents in these times providing a safe space for my young people to feel seen and heard.

My core belief is that play, art and self-expression are an extremely powerful way to think about issues experienced by many young people and children.

My therapy is always delivered with a client cantered approach and led by the child or young person, I adapt and attune to each individuals needs.

I guide my clients with empathy and sensitivity, showing them ways in which to honour, express and process any emotion that they are experiencing in a safe way with containment.
