About me

Hi. Thanks for reading my profile.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, everyone is unique and therapy should reflect that.

My approach is integrative and relational. In other words I’m less interested in rigid theories, and more in your experience and what actually happens in the room between us.

About my practice

One of the fundamentals to my practice is the co-creation of a safe space for the work to take place. A non-judgemental space where we can be curious together to enable us to explore, grow and gain clarity.

I believe that my role in this space is not to diagnose you, to give directions or attempt to “fix” you, but to offer the chance for us to explore and help you tune in to parts of yourself that might once have felt out of reach.

Where our sessions go is up to you. I will always treat you and your story with the utmost respect. We will go at a pace that feels right for you.

We all have moments in which we question the direction of our lives. Whether you’re feeling lost, numb, restless, overwhelmed, trapped, or simply curious, therapy is an opportunity to explore and develop new ways of being.

Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone. We can unpack it together with curiosity and empathy.

Appointments and fees

  • I offer a free, 15-minute consultation for anyone wishing to ask questions or find out more about how we might work together.
  • I offer 50-minute, online sessions (delivered via Teams) Monday – Saturday.
  • I offer 50-minute, face-to-face sessions in Hackney on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and Tuesday and Thursday daytimes.
  • I also offer 50-minute, walk-and-talk therapy sessions in Victoria Park, East London on weekdays and Saturday mornings. This can be a great alternative to the more typical format of sitting in a therapy room (especially for people who might struggle to sit still for this long, for new parents who might struggle with childcare arrangements and for those who feel more comfortable talking about sensitive topics whilst walking side-by-side). It is, of course, more difficult to ensure full confidentiality in such a setting and as a result, this format may not be appropriate for all.
  • Please drop me an email or book a 15-minute consultation and we can discuss whether walk-and-talk therapy feels appropriate.

Appointments and fees

I offer in-person and online sessions. Sessions are held weekly and typically last for 50 minutes.

My fees are £80.00 per session but I also offer a limited number of concession spaces.

If you would like a free 20-minute introductory chat, I’m happy to arrange one with you. This doesn’t commit you to anything.
