Peter Collins – Integrative Counsellor
My approach
Hi, good to meet you. I’m Peter and I work with people regularly who are struggling with the loss of a loved one and may also be trying to support others at the same time.
If you’re looking for help, chances are things are feeling heavy right now and you’re not sure how to go about changing that.
If you’ve never had therapy before and are worried about it, please know that I’m human first, and I do know what it’s like to be in your shoes. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you because you aren’t broken, although it may feel like it at the moment.
Grief is a natural process that helps us deal with loss and there is no right or wrong way to deal with grief. My goal as a therapist is to help you through the grieving process.
If you feel I am the right counsellor for you then please get in touch.
