I am a full clinical member of the UKCP as psychotherapist and HCPC as a registered art therapist. I am also a member of The Institute of arts in therapy and education and the EMDR association.
I have worked in NHS mental health services in London for both inpatient and community settings, for charities and in private
practice. As part of my commitment to ethical practice and continuing professional development, I regularly evaluate my work and attend workshops and seminars pertinent to my clinical work.
In my practice I provide a confidential therapeutic space where I will carefully listen to help you identify the issues that are troubling you so that they can be thought about and made sense of. This process can provide a sense of relief that an emotional weight has been lifted.
Working through what troubles you in psychotherapy enables the unbearable to be reflected upon with gentle curiosity rather than unhelpful criticism. This process fosters an inner compassion that lends itself to a more creative and fulfilling life.
