As a chartered psychologist with wide ranging experience, I am trained in multiple approaches which help to find the right fit for those seeking support and to make therapy a meaningful endeavour. I am trained across the life span so can provide talking therapy for children, teens, adults and those who may have retired. I can also work individually, with couples or groups and with those who may have additional needs.
You may struggle with relationship difficulties, low mood, anxiety, interpersonal challenges or past significant trauma. I have training and expertise in a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Compassionate Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused and specialist approaches to working with Psychosis.
I am passionate about supporting to connect with existing resources you possess to face adversity. This is important to make lasting change which can serve long after my support ends. My therapist style is collaborative and interactive with value given to exploring our intersecting identities (gender, race, etc) which can often define our experiences.
