I am holistic therapist from Poland, with a decade of experience and a member of CThA.

My mission is to provide a high quality, relaxing and restorative treatments to help you reduce physical and emotional symptoms of stress, improve sleep, anxiety and depression, aid digestion, re-balance your hormones and enhance body’s self-healing process.

I have a great interest in ancient Eastern traditions, practicing yoga and Qi Gong and completing a 3 year Zen Shiatsu & Holistic Acupressure course.

I provide a safe and relaxing environment for you to take a balanced break from busy life and feel more Zen, nourished and calm.
