I love to find ways to help people realise their own truth, beauty and power.
I have noticed that life’s events, stresses and pressures not only impact our body and mind, it also leaves an imprinted memory, and we are very good at covering up, carrying on and adapting to life’s demands of us, not knowing why we’re not feeling quite right in ourselves.
I am offering wellbeing sessions, using TFH Kinesiology, a holistic approach to bring you back to yourself, help you feel better, reduce stress, have more clarity, alleviate aches and pains and optimise body functions, thereby encouraging your natural healing abilities.
Physical pain is the body’s confession that something is out of balance. By applying body-based techniques we release the tensions in a safe and gentle way.
I work in collaboration with you, using muscle monitoring as a biofeedback process to tap into your innate wisdom, to help find what your priority needs are to live the best version of you.
Each session is uniquely tailored to enable you to achieve your goals, move forward and guide your whole body to better balance and health.
